Italian Cooking Courses
The Italian cooking courses take place in the fully-equipped
kitchen of the Institute. Under the guidance of a cook, the students
prepare a series of typical dishes from the various regions of
Italy.
A pleasant lunch or dinner with the
teacher concludes each cooking lesson, at which time the dishes prepared
by the students are consumed.
