The Italian cooking courses take place in the fully-equipped kitchen of the Institute. Under the guidance of a cook, the students prepare a series of typical dishes from the various regions of Italy.

 

Each lesson includes a theoretical part on Italian history, terminology, and culinary tradition that is carried out by the teacher during a final lunch.
